The CO sensor with light and sound signaling.

The detector is used to detect smoke and carbon monoxide. The sensor is able to detect small amounts of smoke. By means of an electrochemical sensor, the device also detects carbon monoxide. When the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air or smoke density exceeds the allowable value, the alarm indicator will turn red and the device will emit a beep.

Description of the LEDs on the detector housing:

• green LED: flashing every 30 seconds indicating normal operation / standby mode.
• red LED: when a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected, the diode will flash and an audible alarm will be heard
