Set contains :

 

  • Adjustable headband with ball holder
  • Ball + elastic cord

 

 

INSTRUCTION:

 

1. We measure the length of the rubber rope so that its length from the forehead ends at the end of the palm + 10-15 cm per knot.

2. Tie the rope to the band.

3. Tie the other end to the ball.

4. Check the binding. A badly tied ball can unhook and cause damage.

5.We put on the headband so that the ball hangs in front of us.

6.Toss the ball up and then box so that the ball cannot come back to us.
