INSTRUCTION:

1. We measure the length of the rubber rope so that its length from the forehead ends at the end of the palm + 10-15 cm per knot.

2. Tie the rope to the band.

3. Tie the other end to the ball.

4. Check the binding. A badly tied ball can unhook and cause damage.

5.We put on the headband so that the ball hangs in front of us.
